Workplace Needs AssessmentThe need for reasonable adjustments in the workplace may require employees to undergo a workplace needs assessment. Employers may use this assessment to ensure that employees with cognitive differences or disabilities are not disadvantaged while performing their roles. The workplace needs assessment is a comprehensive assessment conducted by one of our professionals who understands the needs of both the person and the workplace and typically takes between 2 - 3 hours. Following the assessment, our needs assessor will prepare a report setting out details and recommendations for reasonable adjustments and support.
