This initiative is designed to help people with disabilities or health conditions gain access to employment and training opportunities. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to work and contribute their skills and talents in the workplace. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible support and services so that they can work towards their full potential.

ADHD Coaching and Training

ADHD coaching and training provides support to individuals by helping them develop strategies to manage their symptoms, emotional challenges and improve overall functioning. Strategy coaching and training can involve identifying and prioritising goals, creating schedules and routines, improving working memory, focus and time-management skills, developing organisational strategies, and improving communication and social skills. By working with our ADHD coach or trainer, individuals with ADHD can learn to overcome the challenges associated with their condition and lead more productive and fulfilling lives.

2. Difficulty regulating emotions: May experience difficulty regulating their emotions, leading to frequent mood swings, irritability, or difficulty managing stress.
3. Impulsivity: May struggle with impulsive behaviour, which can lead to poor decision-making, risky behaviours, or interpersonal conflicts.
4. Shame and guilt: May feel ashamed or guilty about their difficulties with organisation, time management, or completing tasks on time.
5. Anxiety and depression: May be more prone to anxiety or depression due to the stress and frustration of managing their symptoms.
6. Relationship difficulties: May struggle with maintaining close relationships due to their impulsivity, distractibility, and difficulty with communication.
