We empower neurodivergent employees by providing them with the skills and knowledge required to break down daily barriers and work to their strengths. In addition to this, help employers build an effective working environment that recognises and nurtures the strengths of those employees through our neurodiversity awareness training and consultancy services.
We have have been providing this service for the government's Access to Work Scheme since 2011 and have successfully equipped hundreds of individuals with the tools and strategies to navigate barriers and build on strengths.
